You will receive 3 ounces of each of the following
Mari Vineyards, Riesling Simplicissimus 2016
The wine was made in the ancestral method in a very hands-off style. Primary fermentation was halted early by chilling the juice, leaving 22 g/L of naturally occurring residual sugar. The wine then aged sur lee in the tank for 6 months, adding to the body and complexity of the base. We then lightly filtered this base wine and sent it to be bottled with a crown cap. It returned to us one week later, underwent secondary fermentation, and aged for seventeen months on its bottle lees. In December 2021 it was disgorged.

Variety: 100% Gruner Veltliner Machine harvested, destemmed and fermented in polyethylene tank. Spontaneous ferment. No punch downs. 48-hour skin contact. Stainless steel barrel. Completed malolactic fermentation. Aged 6 months. Added 30ppm total SO2 at bottling.
Presqu'ile Winery, Syrah Presqu'ile Vineyard Santa Maria Valley 2019
“Presqu’ile- French/Creole meaning peninsula, or literally translated, “ Almost an Island”, was a beloved family gathering place on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It was a place that engendered a conviviality among family and friends, evoking a warmth of human spirit and a rapport among all who “passed a good time” there. In August of 2005, hurricane Katrina made landfall ending an era. We named our winery in honor of that place and a way of life.”
100% Syrah, incorporating 45% whole clusters into the mix to add texture, weight, and signature stemmy spice to the wine. After fermentation the wine is aged in 16 months in neutral French oak.
Early Mountain Vineyards, Young Wine Red 2020
Grape: Chambourçin (with 10% Vidal)
Because Chambouçin is naturally low in tannin, they decided to lean-in to its "chug-ability" by fermenting with a small portion of the white hybrid Vidal making this a juicy, refreshing red that is best enjoyed chilled.
